He purchased the property using his own capital from the sale of his buy and hold. Spring Valley Bank then provided Lawerence with a 15-month interest only loan to renovate the property.

The profit from this first fix and flip was a substantial return on investment, further fueling his passion for real estate. He then reinvested that return into his next property at 5849 Pameleen Ct, Cincinnati, OH 45239, in Colerain, again with SVB providing a 15-month interest only loan to renovate the property.

With patience, discipline and now some experience under his belt, he plans to continue to reinvest his capital into more projects. Like many investors, his motivation for investing in real estate extends beyond financial gain. At the core of his efforts is a deep-seated desire to build generational wealth for his children and grandchildren, firmly believing that real estate investing is a powerful tool for creating a lasting legacy that can provide financial security for future generations.
