Introducing the Faces Behind Spring Valley: Get to Know Our Team

This Thanksgiving season we are reflecting on, and sharing with you, why we are thankful for our amazing staff.

 

 

 

 

 

Sheryl, Customer Service Rep (not pictured) – We are all thankful to work with Sheryl because she provides peace of mind for our clients daily banking needs and brings joy to fellow co-workers, especially with her Disney stories and passion for Notre Dame football!

 
Eva,Customer Service rep – We are all thankful to work with Eva because she helps make our clients’ lives easier with their daily banking needs. No detail is missed by Eva, and she brings a smile to all who encounter her.

 

Ayisha, Sr. Customer Service Rep – We all are thankful to work with Ayisha because she treats our customers with truly first-class service. She seems to have mastered the art of doing 10 things at once, and yet still looks to help out in other ways

 

Paula, Lending Coordinator – We are all thankful to work with Paula because, as an employee since 1997, she helps carry the original vision of Spring Valley forward. She knows all customers and has an uncanny ability to take care of things for them (and her co-workers) before they ask. Despite recent news, Paula is still president of the Joey Votto fan club, a position she is proud of!

 

Kendra, Loan Administrator – We are all thankful to work with Kendra because she helps keep the loan department running smoothly. Always open to pitching in where needed most, Kendra is an ultimate team player (and Bengals fan!).

 

Lynn, Sr. Loan Processor – We are all thankful to work with Lynn because she makes sure our customers’ needs are met – from kindly answering questions to making sure closings go off without a hitch, Lynn is there to help. And, as our resident song-bird and party-planner, she keeps things fun for her co-workers!

 

Remo, Sr. Loan Consultant – We are all thankful to work with Remo because he embodies the Spring Valley core values, works tirelessly for our clients, and is selfless for the betterment of the Team. His knowledge base is industry leading and he is always willing to help. And he makes great cookies!

 

Beshka, Loan Consultant – We are all thankful to work with Beshka because she helps bring our relationship banking focus to a reality. She tirelessly works to help her clients find lending solutions and goes the extra mile to help them.

 

Fred, Credit Analyst (not pictured) – We are all thankful to work with Fred because he helps with key areas in the lending department. Often with a quick-witted humor, he keeps things fun for his co-workers. And, he is the best farmer on staff.

 

Jessica, Marketing Director – We are all thankful to work with Jessica because she helps weave together our vision in the form of marketing so our message can reach a wider audience. She is also a team player, pitching in on special projects as needed.

 

Melissa, Executive Administrator – We are all thankful to work with Melissa because she brings her vast and varied experiences to Spring Valley. Whether running point on a special project or taking care of office needs, Melissa is always putting Spring Valley first.

 

JoAnne, Vice President of Operations – We are all thankful to work with JoAnne because, as an employee since 1997, she helps carry the original vision of Spring Valley forward. Her fingerprints are a part of all things Spring Valley, and she is our resident expert on many things, which is an invaluable asset to not only our clients, but our co-workers!

 

Brian, President & CEO – We are all thankful to work with Brian because he radiates integrity and maintains an open-door policy for customers and co-workers. He is leading SV on a path of growth and enrichment. We can’t miss this opportunity to mention his uncanny use of idioms that bring a smile to our faces.
